 Supported by the wisdom of nature and utilising evidenced based psychological theories and tools, this course is designed to support you to get closer to your authentic self and form deeper connections, while empowering you with the tools, skills and knowledge to break free from the limiting beliefs, conditioning and patterns that are holding you back. 

  As a teacher of both Equine Psychotherapy and Psychology, Heather brings extensive experience in theoretical knowledge, curriculum development and content delivery to this course. Utilising nature and the wisdom of horses as the means to convey the content provides a beautiful framework and engaging theme to the lessons and a course supports meaningful and lasting change.   The format follows the ReWilding model and supports you through a careful blend of directed and self-guided videos including:  

 Nature based Psychoeducation Talks-  Empowering you through understanding.  

Mindfulness Meditations - Self awareness, nervous system regulation and present moment connection. 

Equine and Nature Immersions -  Safe self-discovery, horse wisdom and authentic feedback through connection. 

Creative Expression opportunities – Self and Emotional exploration and expression. 

 There are no prerequisites for the course, which has been carefully created through a trauma informed lens.
